TUDISOL CODE OF ETHICS

Tudisol is a company that operates in the area of thermal and acoustic insulation, preferably in the industrial aspect, including its activity the manufacture and/or assembly of the various systems necessary for the insulations mentioned.

Throughout these 33 years of work has developed a culture of proximity to employees, customers and other relevant stakeholders, and their performance has always been guided by principles of honesty, good faith, transparency, exemption and integrity.

This code systematizes the ethical principles that Tudisol has, since its foundation, welcomed as guidelines in its performance.

Transparency, in its relationship with all Stakeholders, employees, customers, suppliers, other partners and State. Honesty and good faith, in its business processes and in its actions with customers and other relevant entities.
Integrity and Rigor, complying with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to its activity, as well as its duties to customers, suppliers and employees Respect, by the individual, regardless of his race, creed, sexual orientation and political options.
Environmental responsibility, recycling, promoting waste reduction and energy conservation.
Safety at work, promoting good practices and compliance with the rules, for the personal integrity of employees and other stakeholders involved.

These values will be guaranteed by the actions of Tudisol’s management and all employees in accordance with the principles set forth below.
